About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Everyday Independence. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing life-changing speech pathology services to individuals with disabilities across the lifespan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, therapy, and support to individuals with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to achieve participant goals and maximize NDIS funding
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support services
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants, families, and support networks
  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
