Our Graduate Program
Our 360 GO Graduate Program is a 12-month program designed to support your growth and development as a Speech Pathologist. The program includes:
- Simulated Practice: A safe and controlled environment to practice your therapeutic skills and get comfortable with real-life scenarios.
- Experiential Discovery: A dynamic, hands-on approach that immerses you in real-life situations and connects new information to existing knowledge.
- Theoretical Learning: Develop your clinical expertise through immersive and interactive workshops facilitated by Speech Pathology subject matter experts.
- Individualised Development: A custom program designed to help you specialise in Paediatrics, Adult Neuro, Dysphagia, or Complex Communication, or pursue leadership roles.
Supervision and Support
We're renowned for offering industry-leading supervision and support, alongside diverse learning opportunities to develop Australia's top Allied Health professionals. As a 360 Graduate, you'll benefit from:
- Observational Sessions: Observe experienced therapists to understand the entire client process.
- Joint Appointments: Initial client sessions are completed with your Clinical Supervisor for real-time support and feedback.
