About the Role

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to clients, while also supervising and supporting a team of clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of Speech Pathologists to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Provide expert speech therapy services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct regular progress assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Provide training and support to junior clinicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience in speech pathology.
  • SPA membership.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle.
