About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team at Frontline Health Brisbane. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the development of our paediatric services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality speech pathology services to children and families in a supportive and family-oriented environment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist, with a strong background in paediatric care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to supervise and guide junior staff members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
