Key Responsibilities- Provide best practice, evidence-informed speech pathology services to support individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and lead self-determined lives.
- Manage a clinical caseload and contribute to the development of clinical practice frameworks and policies.
- Provide strong practice leadership and contribute to research and development, policy and practice frameworks, and clinical risk management.
- Support clinical risk management, workforce recruitment and planning, staff education and training, and practice supervision and effectiveness.
- Established and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist with a tertiary qualification in speech pathology.
- Expert ability to work in partnership with referring therapists, clients, their families, and primary therapists.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, their families, and referring therapists.
- Willingness to continuously improve on clinical and technical knowledge.
- Competency in a variety of IT platforms, particularly client management systems.
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
