**Job Description:**

We seek a compassionate Chaplain Wellbeing Support Worker to deliver engaging wellbeing programs and activities that foster resilience and emotional wellbeing among students. The successful candidate will collaborate with staff, families, and external services to ensure students receive comprehensive support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver one-on-one and group sessions to build students' confidence and self-esteem.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive school environment through positive relationships and role modelling.
  • Design and implement age-appropriate wellbeing programs that cater to diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with staff and external services to ensure seamless support for students.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Relevant qualifications in counselling, social work, or youth work.
  • Experience in pastoral care, emotional support, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse and marginalised groups.
