Job Title: Wellbeing Advocate
The Wellbeing Advocate plays a pivotal role in delivering services, programs, and initiatives centered around wellbeing. As the primary point of contact, you will handle enquiries from across the organisation regarding wellbeing.
You will take ownership of key processes, establish and maintain systems and relationships to ensure the effective delivery of services. Your work will have a direct impact on the wellbeing of staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellbeing strategies to promote a healthy work environment
- Provide guidance and support to staff members on wellbeing-related matters
- Establish partnerships with external agencies to enhance wellbeing services
- Maintain accurate records of wellbeing-related activities and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or social work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
