Health Promotion Program Coordinator Role

This position involves ensuring the team remains up to date with all aspects of the organization, including:

  • Program delivery and coordination of health promotion initiatives in schools
  • Partnership development with schools and program reporting to both partner schools and key stakeholders
  • Event planning and organization for end of term or year celebrations and activities for health promotion programs
  • Program administration and delivery of holiday clinics

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or placement
  • Tertiary qualification in health promotion, sport management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines
  • Proven communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including working with schools, community organizations, and internal teams

This is a full-time fixed-term contract until October 31, 2028.

You will work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of health promotion objectives under the Panthers Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health promotion strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with schools and community organizations to promote health and wellbeing
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program budgets and reports

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
