We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Lease Administrator to take on a challenging role that combines data analysis, compliance monitoring, and landlord/tenant relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all base reporting, performance monitoring, and compliance requirements with a high degree of independence.
  • Monitor lease events and compile performance data for Property Managers and Account Directors.
  • Conduct monthly audit compliance reporting and ensure all client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Manage rental reconciliations, vendor/landlord details, and approve landlord payments.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and knowledge of lease abstractions and Rent Roll reporting.
  • Handle landlord/tenant communications, maintain documentation workflows, and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
  • A university degree in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Legal field OR 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • The ability to understand commercial contracts and interpret Rent Roll reporting with strong knowledge of accounting reconciliation between Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Advanced Excel skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience with property management/lease administration systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a positive approach to meeting stakeholder needs.
