Retail Leasing Specialist

As a senior leasing professional, you will drive commercial success through strategic negotiation and efficient lease management. This role reports to the Head of Leasing and plays a key part in managing leasing transactions across our national retail network.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate and execute lease renewals, conversions, and new agreements to secure optimal commercial outcomes
- Develop financial feasibility models and prepare lease approval documentation to support business growth and cost-saving objectives
- Provide regular reporting, board papers, and presentation materials to stakeholders
- Support location strategy by identifying risks and opportunities in lease tenure to inform business decisions
- Deliver rental savings through strong commercial negotiation and proactive management of critical timelines and stakeholder alignment

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in retail or commercial leasing, property, or network development. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including feasibility modelling, are essential, as well as exceptional negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. You should be able to work independently and proactively manage leasing cycles.
