Excellent Pavement Quality Specialist Wanted

Highly skilled Pavement Quality Specialists are required to ensure the construction of high-quality pavements. Their key role is to provide expertise in pavement quality management, working closely with site engineers and supervisors to achieve optimum compaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Site Engineers and Supervisors to plan and execute daily duty assignments
- Work effectively with Asphalt Paving Foremen and Roller Operators to implement Pavement Quality Indicators (PQI) for optimal results
- Identify, troubleshoot, correct, and prevent quality control issues, including reporting and maintaining accurate records

Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in surfacing and asphalt production, preferably with a civil or materials background
