Senior Pavement Design Specialist

The Principal Pavement Engineer will be instrumental in delivering major road and highway projects across Australia and New Zealand. With a minimum of 15 years' experience in planning, concept, and detailed pavement engineering design, you will oversee the development and management of our team of engineers.
- Coordinate complex pavement engineering projects to meet deadlines and stay within allocated resources
- Collaborate with public and private sector clients to ensure project success
- Develop and implement industry-leading pavement design standards and best practices
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to achieve project goals
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project understanding and buy-in
- Hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Possess at least 15 years' technical experience in pavement engineering design and management
- Have strong knowledge of Australian pavement design standards and practices
- Demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills
