Job Description

This role involves working closely with our customer experience team to deliver exceptional support and ensure seamless implementation of our product. You'll be responsible for gathering information from customers, identifying areas of improvement, and providing timely and effective solutions. This will involve addressing customer inquiries, escalating issues to the relevant teams, and collaborating with other departments to drive resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert-level support to clients post-implementation, ensuring they understand how to utilize our platform to its full potential.
  2. Respond to and resolve customer tickets, calls, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with the wider squad and support team to provide best practice system use and education to all our customers.
  4. Analyze and understand product functionality across the platform, identify user errors or system logic issues, and work to resolve these problems.
  5. Conduct and triage customer support issues, assign to the appropriate team or resolve where possible.
  6. Assist with client and team HR escalations, and collaborate with Seniors/Team Leads and the Product Team to escalate issues related to bugs or product logic/functionality concerns.
Requirements
  • Relevant HR industry experience, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exposure to working in fluid, high-change, and high-velocity environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex issues in a methodical and thorough way.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A tertiary degree in Human Resources and/or relevant qualification (nice to have).
