**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, and maintain accurate employee records.

You will also be responsible for performing various HR-related tasks, including performance management, systems administration, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance data.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews, develop performance improvement plans, and implement disciplinary procedures as needed.
  • Systems Administration: Ensure the effective use of HRIS platforms, such as ELMO, and other software applications to manage HR-related tasks.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, time-to-hire, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources or recruitment.
  • Previous experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR relevant discipline, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer skills including Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
