Job Description

An excellent opportunity has become available for an HR support specialist who is interested in gaining experience in administration and providing key support to the broader corporate team. This role would ideally be 3 days a week and would suit a strong administrator or HR graduate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the administration of apprentice and trainee programs
  • Coordination of work experience programs
  • Providing recruitment support from advertising through to the onboarding stage
  • Preparing new employee documents and induction packs
  • Conducting new employee inductions
  • Providing administrative support to marketing, training, and OH&S departments as required
  • Maintaining personnel files to ensure they are accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Assisting with projects that will enhance the HR presence within the company
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy with all HR related processes
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • High level of emotional intelligence
