The Site EHS Support role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual, and company requirements. This includes maintaining the Site Environmental, Health, Safety Management System, conducting periodic audits, and revising leased equipment to ensure they are in good condition.

Responsibilities include:

  • Behaving as an example for others and providing full commitment to deploying EHS policies and project-specific written statements
  • Gathering information for reporting purposes
  • Conducting periodic audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Supporting the coordination of on-site EHS requirements
  • Supervising the installation of machinery and equipment according to designed plans
  • Ensuring the implementation of FieldCore standards and procedures at site
  • Verifying personal protective equipment to confirm good condition
  • Maintaining emergency plans, security programs, and site access control procedures
  • Organizing adequate EHS communication to FieldCore site personnel
  • Recording, investigating, and analyzing accidents/incidents to prevent reoccurrence

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Technical degree in Industrial Safety or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in EHS at a construction/installation site, preferably in Power Plants/Oil & Gas industry
  • Safety local registration highly preferred, OHSA regulatory familiarization, and knowledge/qualification

This role requires strong initiative, computer skills, and excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team-based environment, make decisions under pressure, and communicate transparently is essential. Travel may be required, and flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and overtime is necessary.
