Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Professional to play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organisation. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for providing responsive and practical people support to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert human resources support to various stakeholders.
  • Lead performance management processes, including Performance Support Plans and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employment changes and worker's compensation cases effectively.
  • Coordinate development opportunities through RTO programs and traineeships.
  • Oversee sponsorship programs and support talent initiatives.
  • Enhance workplace culture and contribute to special projects.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field is desirable.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
