We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our global finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial records.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Finance & Corporate and other stakeholders across the organization to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for updating daily cash balances and credit card transaction files, recording daily financial transactions and reconciliations, and ensuring that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Updating daily cash balances and credit card transaction files
  • Recording daily financial transactions and reconciliations

This part-time role includes working 1 day in our office and 2 days working from home. To be eligible, you must be located within commuting distance of Sydney and have full working rights in Australia.
