Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.
This role involves managing financial reporting across a diverse portfolio of high-impact architectural projects. You will be responsible for tracking revenue, costs, and project risks, as well as leading monthly revenue recognition and billing processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful analysis. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with project managers and other stakeholders.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing project financials by following established methodologies and systems
- Collaborating closely with project managers to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Monitoring accounts receivable and escalating any issues as necessary
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
