Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional financial support to our clients.

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. This includes:

  • Managing accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and reconciliations;
  • Processing payments and ensuring timely payment of invoices;
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient financial processing;
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers;
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a financial operations role;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;

Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience in finance or accounting;
