Key Sustainability Role

Play a pivotal role in ensuring our organisation meets its human rights and modern slavery commitments, working in a hybrid environment with great culture and benefits.

Job Overview

To ensure our organisation meets its human rights and modern slavery commitments, and to coordinate and engage with business units and functions across the organisation to deliver our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and refine strategies, solutions, training, and implement initiatives/actions in areas required such as ethical/responsible sourcing (SEDEX program), Modern Slavery act, and audit and risk reporting.
  2. Measure and analyse progress against Modern Slavery commitments, objectives, and performance targets.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to help ensure responsible sourcing and compliance outcomes are achieved and reported.
  4. Input and draft the annual Modern Slavery Statement.
  5. Work closely with the Global Procurement Office to align Human Rights Program.
  6. Coordinate to enable development and execution of Sustainability action plans, projects, and roadmaps.
  7. Partner with teams across the business to build sustainability-based programs, content, and engagement both internal and external.
About You

You will have extensive knowledge and experience within Modern Slavery and Sustainability in an FMCG or retailer environment.

As a self-motivated professional, you will combine your excellent verbal and written communication with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

This role requires a strong stakeholder relationship builder with a change agent mindset.
