Lead Sustainability Strategist

Award-winning private practice seeks a skilled professional to drive environmental and operational sustainability initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about sustainability, environmental change, and organisational responses to climate change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the firm's Environment Strategy, including setting targets and governance structures.
  • Lead the implementation of strategically aligned operations, including sustainable supply chains and procurement strategy.
  • Operationalise sustainability goals across various areas, such as storage, catering, cleaning, and energy usage.
About You

We seek a candidate with:

  • A tertiary qualification in environment or sustainability.
  • High numeracy skills and ability to analyse data to identify ESG opportunities.
  • Financial literacy and knowledge of law firm metrics and governance.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other firm programs.
