Job Overview

We are seeking experienced call centre specialists to join our team in Brisbane. As a Senior Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for handling a large volume of inbound queries through calling, emails and chats within various sectors.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with consistent hours of 37.5 per week.
  • You will be handling up to 50-60 calls per day, as well as responding to emails and chats.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year's recent experience in a call centre or high volume phone based role, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound queries through calling, emails and chats.
  • Meeting key metrics such as average handling time, quality assurance, roster adherence and post-call customer surveys.
  • Participating in detailed training programmes to ensure you are set up for success in your role.
Requirements
  • Full-time availability across Monday to Friday.
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year's recent experience in a call centre or high volume phone based role.
  • Confidence working with numbers and maths.
  • A 'can do' attitude and resilience.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written.
