We are seeking an experienced Digital Performance Analyst to join our team in Melbourne's inner east. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and contributing to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a digital measurement and reporting framework to track objectives, metrics, and segments.
  • Analyse digital channel performance to evaluate the effectiveness of content, campaigns, SEO, and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and drive commercial outcomes through accurate and trustworthy data insights.
  • Design and deliver monthly website performance reports providing actionable insights and recommendations to key business units.
  • Contribute to a comprehensive digital measurement framework ensuring clear definition and tracking of objectives, metrics, and segments.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require prior experience in data analysis and generating actionable insights to drive measurable success.

  • Experience in building and editing complex reports/dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiencies in platforms like GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective data discussions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy to manage priorities effectively.
