As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing high-performing professionals to drive business growth. This includes maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, guiding them to ensure confidence in the talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure clear understanding of job requirements
  • Provide hiring managers with effective tools for successful interviewing
  • Deliver timely and accurate data for reporting on talent acquisition metrics
  • Liaise with HR administrators and other stakeholders to ensure seamless employee onboarding
  • Keep hiring managers informed about job status updates
  • Participate actively in initiatives to improve the talent acquisition process

Qualifications/Experience/Skills Required:

  • Relevant degree qualifications preferred
  • Prior experience as a talent acquisition specialist, preferably in similar industries
  • Ability to influence hiring managers
  • Experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, group, structured interviews)
  • Full-cycle recruiting expertise
  • Solid knowledge of employment regulations and legislation
  • Proficiency with resume databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
