About Our Talent Acquisition Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced talent acquisition professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. As a key member of our HR Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions, including manufacturing, retail, and commercial.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent and meet business needs.
  • Strategically sourcing talent pipelines through initiatives like employer referrals, graduate programs, and university partnerships.
  • Driving internal service standards to continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving a culture of ownership within the team.
  • Participating in global HR projects and contributing to the development of best practices in talent acquisition.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a proven track record in recruiting, with experience across high-volume and blue-collar recruitment. You should be passionate about people and enjoy coaching and supporting your team to achieve their goals.
