Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the APAC region.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting job advertisements and reviewing applications
  • Screening calls with potential candidates
  • Engaging with candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Carefully evaluating candidate references
  • Reviewing and finalising employment contracts

You will work closely with our recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes from inception to final offer stage. We value individuals who excel in recruitment and have growth aspirations within the talent acquisition field.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Experience in full-service recruitment (1-3 years) in either an agency or in-house setting, preferably within the Science or Engineering sector
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and its applications
  • Superb communication and client service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems
