Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to manage our end-to-end talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, developing pipelines of qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and deliver targeted solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with job seekers through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data to inform future hiring strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top talent through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to hire.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular insights and metrics on recruitment performance to inform business decisions.
