Sydney Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Consultant for Eating Disorders Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant psychiatrist to join our team in Sydney, specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry with a focus on eating disorders.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to $400k, including a private practice allowance, on-call allowances, and a professional development allowance of $38k. Superannuation and other benefits will also be provided.
Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity is within the mental health service of NSW's largest paediatric health service. As a consultant psychiatrist, you will provide safe, evidence-based treatment to patients, supervise care by relevant staff, and participate in quality improvement activities. You will work within a multidisciplinary team setting, providing first-class services to patients, families, and carers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) or equivalent gained in NZ, UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, South Africa.
- Strong experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and eating disorders with children and adolescents.
- Experience in leadership and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team context.
- High level communication skills.
