Expert Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training to staff.
As a network trainer, you will be responsible for administering training, assessing employee performance, and upskilling employees within the transport space.
About the Opportunity
- Deliver compliance, operational, and technical training across the organisation.
- Administer training sessions, including learner assessments and on-the-job coaching.
- Manage information and logistics to support training delivery, including technology maintenance.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions in various formats.
- Provide feedback to operational managers to reinforce coaching and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Administering training and assessing employee performance is essential to this role. You will also be responsible for upskilling employees within the transport space, preparing and conducting training sessions, including learner assessments and on-the-job coaching.
To succeed in this position, you should have significant experience in delivering training and coaching. A Heavy Vehicle Licence and confidence in driving and training in cabins (MC licence preferable) are also essential.
