Electrical Trainer

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Trainer with a background in Electrical trade to assume the role of mentor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide students through their training milestones and goals, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Provide expert guidance to students during practical activities, ensuring hands-on learning experiences
  • Maintain the training area - clean, tidy, and safe, promoting a healthy working environment
  • Ensure all equipment is in good operational condition, facilitating seamless training sessions
  • Support the Trainer with student management, streamlining the learning process
Requirements:
  • Possession of a trade qualification in the Electrical industry
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and support students throughout their learning journey, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Desire to complete the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, enhancing professional development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, effective in conveying complex information
  • Basic level of computer operating skills, familiar with modern technology
