  • Liaise with landlords, suppliers, and contractors to address building issues or improvements.
  • Support leadership with onboarding, desk assignments, and space planning.
  • Assist with travel coordination, meeting logistics, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless tech operations in shared spaces.
  • Manage building access, security processes, and emergency protocols.
  • Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Organize internal events, wellbeing initiatives, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date studio policies, office manuals, and emergency response procedures.
  • Process studio-related invoices and support budget tracking.
  • Support Leadership Team with expenses and administrative tasks.
