About the Role:
  • You'll complete three four-month rotations, gaining valuable experience across key areas of the business.
  • You'll support digital and marketing initiatives by turning data into insights, helping shape personalisation strategies, and writing specifications for how data is tracked and processed online.

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to get involved in discovery, design, and implementation across a variety of projects. You'll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects while expanding your skills, challenging yourself, and taking momentous steps in building your career.

You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, various on-the-job activities, and more.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Data Science, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.
  • Completed studies by end of 2025 or within the last 2 years.
  • Base understanding of languages and data.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the business.
