About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven professional to deliver data insights and reporting tools that enable our Sales teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions that support commission schemes, sales targets, and team performance metrics.
  • Build and enhance Tableau dashboards and SQL queries to drive visibility and alignment across the commercial organisation.
  • Perform data testing, reconciliation, and validation to ensure reporting accuracy and trust.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, service, and finance to align on key metrics and performance drivers.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Support data migration and reporting transformation projects by identifying lineage issues, validating outputs, and ensuring continuity of reporting.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to encourage self-service use of reporting tools and dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Operations, or a similar data-focused role.
  • Strong skills in Excel.
  • Strong skills in SQL and Tableau, with a track record of building clear and impactful dashboards and queries.
  • Confident working with sales data including accounts, revenue, pipeline, and performance targets.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements, and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to data validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level.
