Job Title: Data Insights Professional

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to join our National Customer Support Department as a Data Insights Specialist.

This role is critical in enabling data-driven strategic decisions by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful reporting across key business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from complex data sets, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. They will be proficient in SQL, database query development, and have experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain queries to extract relevant data from multiple database systems
  • Develop and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal stakeholders
  • Analyse customer service records and vehicle case data to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Monitor and report on key activities, including warranty transactions, customer inquiries, campaigns, and technical interactions
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis, report design, and data visualization
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and Power BI
  • Excellent time management, organisational abilities, and communication skills
