We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - Data Consultant to join our team. This role involves performing business analysis, data analysis and relationship management using available data to improve business efficiency, productivity, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Analyse current processes, identify areas for improvement and design solutions that align with strategic goals and deliverables.
- Gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops and ensure all stakeholders have a shared understanding of desired outcomes and deliverables.
- Generate meaningful data insights and analytics to inform decision-making, enhance service delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support product development by collaborating with technical stakeholders to ensure all solutions align with business expectations.
The Product and Portfolio Team within the Performance Insights and Analytics branch is Agile, high performing, collaborative and supportive. You will be supported by a manager who values your contribution and champions you to achieve personal and business goals.
