- Develop and maintain reporting solutions that support commission schemes, sales targets, and team performance metrics.
- Build and enhance Tableau dashboards and SQL queries to drive visibility and alignment across the commercial organisation.
- Perform data testing, reconciliation, and validation to ensure reporting accuracy and trust.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, service, and finance to align on key metrics and performance drivers.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Support data migration and reporting transformation projects by identifying lineage issues, validating outputs, and ensuring continuity of reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
