- 2–3 years' experience in data visualization, reporting, or analytics
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and designing user-friendly dashboards
- Solid spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel) and exposure to SQL (BigQuery)
- A keen eye for detail and knack for structure and consistency
- A curious, analytical approach and comfort working with large datasets
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine desire to help others through documentation and training
