Job Description

This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share for our Structural Heart business in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth and increase market share
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS through regular engagement, needs analysis, and solution development
  • STAY AHEAD OF INDUSTRY TRENDS by attending conferences, workshops, and staying updated on the latest product releases and competitor activity
  • MANAGE CONSIGNED STOCK effectively, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts or overstocking
  • DELIVER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing proactive support
  • MEET QUALITY, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS by adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and work practices
Requirements
  • TERTIARY QUALIFICATIONS in Medical or Business Management field
  • GOOD UNDERSTANDING of the industry process and function
  • ABILITY TO CONVINCEIVELY DISCUSS PRODUCT RANGE WITH CUSTOMERS, AS WELL AS INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL EXPERTS
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND PERSUASION SKILLS
  • SUCCESSFUL SALES EXPERIENCE, including managing customer relationships, discovering customer needs/requirements, following up on sales leads, demonstrating products, developing solutions, resolving problems, negotiating, and closing deals
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
