Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled occupational rehabilitation specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and developing effective rehabilitation plans for clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, exercise physiology or physiotherapy and possess excellent communication skills. They will be able to build trust with clients and stakeholders while providing high-quality customer care.

Responsibilities- Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' functional abilities and developing individualized rehabilitation plans
- Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners and employers to achieve successful outcomes
- Designing and implementing intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
- Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
