Workforce Rehabilitation Specialist

The ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding and we are seeking a skilled workforce rehabilitation specialist to join our national team.
Key Responsibilities:- You will provide clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers, helping them return to their best lives.
- You will work across national and state-based customer contracts, delivering high-quality support to those who need it.
- Work-Life Balance: We provide resources for flexible working arrangements, allowing you to manage your workload effectively.
- Professional Development Opportunities: We offer a Psychology Internship Program, supporting employees with their supervised practice pathways to general registration as a Psychologist.
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ASORC.
- A vehicle and licence.
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles.
