We are looking for a talented Share Plan Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and their employee share plan participants to deliver high-quality service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client accounts and day-to-day operations of employee share plans
  • Generating and providing reports to clients
  • Maintaining internal system documentation and procedures
  • Responding to email enquiries from employees and clients
  • Maintaining employee information in internal systems and databases

Requirements for the role include:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Able to manage changing priorities and work independently as well as within a team
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong PC skills and familiarity with MS Office products
