Retail Customer Service Representative

Job Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with proven customer service skills to work in retail and/or warehousing environments. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer experience as the first point of contact for retail sales and enquiries;
- Receiving, storing and managing incoming goods;
- Processing orders, including point of sale and invoicing;
- Picking and packing outgoing goods for customers and store transfers;
- Supporting stock control through inventory monitoring and stocktakes;
- Developing strong relationships with customers;
- Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to compliance requirements;
- Contributing to day-to-day branch operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a certified III in Retail or minimum 2 years' experience in retail or warehouse settings. You should possess basic computer literacy, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, problem-solving skills and excellent customer service skills. A current valid driving license is also required.
