- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines consistently.
- General customer service tasks including data entry, phone support, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Adobe illustrator, CorelDraw, and Photoshop experience advantageous but not required for this position.
