Job Title: Client Service Representative

Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service and support in a rural retail setting.

This position involves being the first point of contact for customers, receiving and storing incoming goods, processing orders, picking and packing outgoing goods, and assisting with stock control.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Receiving and storing incoming goods
  • Order processing
  • Picking and packing outgoing goods
  • Assist with stock control

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong ability to build relationships with customers, excellent communication skills, and basic computer literacy.

Experience in retail or warehouse operations is preferred, as well as a Cert III in Retail or equivalent qualification.

Additionally, you will need to possess a valid driving license and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Cert III in Retail or minimum 2 years retail or warehouse experience
  • Basic level Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Valid driving license
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
