Job Description:

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

  • Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
  • Manage customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Support the Branch Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling repair bookings and issuing invoices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, exploring their needs and educating them on our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current driver's license is required.
  • Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
