Key Responsibilities:

This role involves providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for retail sales and enquiries, receiving and storing incoming goods, and assisting with stock control.

  • Interact with customers to resolve queries and issues in a timely manner;
  • Process orders efficiently, including point of sale and invoicing;
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stocktakes;
  • Participate in building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike;
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to compliance requirements;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Cert III in Retail or minimum 2 years retail or warehouse experience;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Point of Sale Transactions;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse groups;
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Current valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours when required.
