Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Development Lead

This key leadership role is responsible for guiding the pre-contracts process for major water infrastructure projects across Australia. It involves developing and implementing effective bid strategies that align with client expectations, commercial objectives, and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end pre-contract process for large-scale water infrastructure bids, including panel and framework agreements.
  • Develop comprehensive bid strategies to meet client requirements and maximize commercial outcomes.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising estimators, planners, engineers, legal, and commercial personnel to deliver high-quality tender submissions.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, joint venture partners, and subcontractors during the pre-contract phase.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in pre-contracts, tendering, or commercial roles within the infrastructure or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing bids for large-scale water infrastructure projects, particularly in panel or alliance contracting environments.
  • Strong understanding of Australian water sector procurement processes and client expectations.
