Job Title: Senior Water Infrastructure Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technically accomplished Senior Water Infrastructure Lead to oversee the planning, design, and delivery of major water infrastructure projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership on the civil design of major water infrastructure projects from concept through to detailed design and delivery.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrated, high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert on large-scale water projects, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support project directors in winning new work, including technical input into proposals and client presentations.
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in civil engineering with a strong focus on water infrastructure projects in Australia.
  • Proven track record in leading the design and delivery of large-scale water projects, including treatment facilities and trunk mains.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and RPEQ (or ability to obtain) highly desirable.
