About this role:
- We are seeking a highly experienced structural engineer to join our Ports and Marine team.
This key role will involve developing existing client relationships, while continuing to foster and develop a positive working environment through effective project management.
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering.
- Extensive experience within consulting projects involving infrastructure development.
- Strong understanding of coastal infrastructure including erosion control and marine design codes.
- Ability to review and approve technical designs showcasing exceptional knowledge of structural principles.
- Proven ability to establish relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ideally registered as a Professional Engineer.
- Track record of leadership and mentoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to support others and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Up for the challenge of growing and developing business across regions.
